Shipping policy
Orders under $100 have a flat rate option that is based on the weight of the order. Rates range from $6.50 to $10 depending on the weight.
Your order may ship by our choice of courier, we will determine the best route at fulfillment.
International rates are applied by shopify by weight. The rates do not include any tariffs or fees charged by customs.
Current processing times are 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday), plus the shipping time to your destination. UNLESS specific timelines are specified on the product (i.e. a preorder/presale for a future delivery).
Preorder dates differ from above and are specified on each item.
If you are ordering via a pre-order, please note the estimated shipping timeframe in the item description. While we do our best to deliver within the estimated window, there may be delays beyond our control. If there are significant delays, we will advise as soon as possible for your awareness and do our best to assist you.
Packages that are delayed in transit more than 10 days will require a case be opened with the courier. Please contact customerservice@lamalittles.com so we can initiate the claim. Please note, we will need to wait the investigation period specified by the courier before providing any refunds/replacements.
Packages that are damaged in transit could result in damaged products or missing order items. In this situation, we would have need to open a case with the courier. Please contact customerservice@lamalittles.com so we can initiate the claim. Please note, we will need to wait the investigation period specified by the courier before providing any refunds/replacements.
Once a package is marked delivered, you will need to work with UPS or USPS directly to locate your package if you have not received it. We are unable to offer any refunds or replacements on packages that show DELIVERED in their latest shipping update.
