We truly appreciate your support of our small business and want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date for store credit only.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must remain in their original individual packaging/polybag
For hygiene, pet allergy and quality assurance purposes, items that have been tried on, worn, washed, or removed from original packaging are not eligible for return.
Items returned that do not meet our return requirements may be refused or donated at our discretion.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable & will be deducted from your credit if they were covered by our free shipping policy.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Approved returns will receive store credit only
- Store credit will be issued electronically and may be used toward a future purchase
Please email customerservice@lamalittles.com with a photo of your unopened item(s) to request a return for store credit. Please specify you order number. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and next steps.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Sale/clearance items
- Items discounted 30% or more
- Preorder items
- Bedding, including sheets, blankets, & pillowcases
- Underwear
- Gift card purchases
- Imperfect items (disclosed as such)
Preorder Policy
All preorder items are made to order and are therefore final sale.
If you experience an issue with your preorder item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Store Credit Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your store credit.
Approved returns will receive electronic store credit for the purchase price of eligible items only, excluding original shipping charges and applicable fees.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once your return has been delivered to us.
Other Policies
Codes will not be applied retroactively, and promotions can change daily- we do not price match.
Due to our quick shipping, order cancellations are not possible. Our email response time is 24-48 hours and our ship time is generally same day shipping. In the rare case we’re able to cancel prior to shipping, your order will be subject to a 10% restocking fee as we are unable to recoup the fees charged by the Shopify system for your original transactions.
